What does Pro include?
Pro adds 10 hours of office room use per month for the named individual and a Hamburg telephone number with permanent call forwarding. Personal call answering by staff is not automatically included.
Can I use the address for legal service and in my legal notice?
The agreed business address for service of legal documents can be used in your legal notice after the contract is concluded and use is approved. We first clarify your details and intended use. Please do not use the address before approval.
Can an incorporated company use the address?
Pro is intended for incorporated companies and additional office use requirements. We discuss registered office or registration requirements based on your legal structure and actual activity. The relevant authority makes the assessment in each case.
How is my mail handled?
We accept your business correspondence and agree collection, forwarding or scanning with you. Important deliveries are notified separately. Fees and procedures depend on the mail services agreed.
How long does the contract run?
Depending on the contract, the initial term is generally 6 to 12 months. Thereafter, termination is normally subject to 3 months’ notice to the end of a month. Your individual contract specifies the applicable term and termination provisions.
Can I book a company sign or telephone service?
Yes. A company sign, personal call answering and other office services can be agreed separately. The Pro starting price includes the telephone number with forwarding, rather than personal call answering.
Can I book meeting rooms online?
Yes. Our meeting room website links to online booking on anny, where you can check rooms, availability, current prices and booking terms. Use is subject to the applicable booking.
